hi. my name is joy. 

in december, i graduated with a masters in statistics from georgia state university, and after 20ish years of school, decided i wanted to not go anymore for a while.

in the meantime, i’ve been learning to knit, and will someday expand to all sorts of other crafty things.  it’s something i’ve always wanted to do and never really made time for before now.

so, this is my attempt to document my skills.  and sometimes, i’ll talk about my kids (the four-legged kind) and books and other random stuff, too.
